Step 1 — Tell Us About Your Deal. Share the basics: property type, location, loan amount, your goals, and your timeline. Whether you are buying, refinancing, pulling cash out, or navigating a troubled loan, we listen first.

Step 2 — We Assess Your Options. Based on your property, your financial profile, and current market conditions, we identify which lenders and loan programs are the best fit — from conventional bank financing to CMBS, bridge loans, SBA, hard money, and agency programs.

Step 3 — We Give You a Straight Answer. We will tell you what we can do, who the likely lenders are, what the approximate terms look like, and what the process involves. No runaround, no vague promises.

Step 4 — You Decide. There is no obligation to move forward. If you want to proceed, we get to work. If you need more time, that is fine too.
